The brief

Warner Music Africa and Africori needed a partner who could own the flagship industry brunch from blank page to final cut — concept and creative, sponsorship integration, live production, and the content that carries the moment far beyond the room.

Outerbounds took it end to end, across two consecutive editions.

The story

We grew a brunch backed only by in-kind partners into one with four-plus paying sponsors — in two years.
